X Curated Experiences LLC – Payment Terms

X Curated Experiences LLC is currently waiving planning fees for Xclusive Planning and Xclusive Group Planning services through January 1, 2026. Any qualifying bookings initiated before this date will receive full planning services at no cost.

All other payment authorization requirements and supplier payment policies remain consistent with the main Terms & Conditions document.

Planning Fees​

• Xpress Bookings: Complimentary for hotel-only bookings and simple confirmations.

• Xclusive Planning: $25 non-refundable planning fee per trip request, covering itinerary design, researched options, and travel coordination. This fee is due at submission of your request form and is not applied toward your final booking.

• Xclusive Group Planning: Custom group planning fees vary based on group size and requirements. Quoted prior to planning beginning.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Full Payment

Clients may pay the full balance of their trip at the time of booking. Once payment is processed with the supplier, it is subject to that supplier’s cancellation and refund policies.

 

Payment Plan (If Applicable)

A payment schedule will be provided and agreed upon before booking. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to submit all installment payments on or before their due dates. A 7-day grace period applies for any missed payment; after that, a $25 late fee will be added to your outstanding balance. Bookings will cancel with supplier in full 8 days after the Final Payment due date. Our booking suppliers or X Curated Experiences LLC reserves the right to cancel reservations or remove planning services for non-payment.

 

NO-FEE BOOKINGS

Xpress Bookings and hotel only bookings are always complimentary and do not require a planning or curation fee. This applies to transactional trips booked where clients know exactly what they want booked and hotel-only reservations within the United States that do not require additional research, itinerary design, or coordination.

 

REFUND POLICY

All curation and planning fees are non-refundable. Refunds for booked travel services are subject to supplier policies. Any refunds received by X Curated Experiences LLC from suppliers will be passed directly to you. Refund timelines may vary between 5–30 days depending on the supplier. All non-refundable portions will be clearly disclosed prior to payment.

 

REFERRAL PROGRAM CREDIT

Clients can earn up to $50 off a future vacation per new client referral ($25 when the referred client begins booking and $25 after completion). A new client referral is defined as someone who has not previously booked with X Curated Experiences LLC and is not a friend or relative of XCE associates. Referral rewards are not applicable to bookings in which the referring client is a traveler or organizer. Referral credits will be communicated by X Curated Experiences upon qualification and these credits can be stacked.

 

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

X Curated Experiences LLC acts as an independent travel advisor and booking agent for third-party suppliers through Archer Travel Service, Inc. and Evolution Travel. By submitting payment, you authorize X Curated Experiences LLC to process payments on behalf of suppliers and agree not to dispute valid charges once confirmed, except in cases of fraud.

You acknowledge that you have been offered travel insurance and accept full responsibility for protecting your trip and finances. All bookings may require a payment authorization form and government-issued photo ID for verification.

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to review all travel documents upon receipt and immediately report any discrepancies. It is your responsibility to ensure you possess valid passports, visas, and entry documents as required for travel.
