Introduction

Welcome to X Curated Experiences LLC (“we,” “our,” or “X”). By engaging our travel planning services, you (“client” or “traveler”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern all bookings and interactions.

 

Service Description

X Curated Experiences LLC is a travel planning agency offering customized travel packages for individuals and groups. We act as an independent contractor through our host agencies, Archer Travel Service, Inc. and Evolution Travel. All bookings are processed through their supplier network. We do not own or operate any travel services and cannot guarantee the performance of third-party providers.

Service Levels & Planning Fees

Our planning and curation fees cover the time invested in researching and designing a tailored travel experience. These fees are non-refundable. If your trip is canceled but later rebooked within 6 months using the same trip details (traveler count, destination, and room types) and only different travel dates, the research fee will be waived once for the rebooking. If X Curated Experiences fails to meet its stated deliverables, the matter will be reviewed for possible resolution or adjustment.

 

To serve a range of travelers, X Curated Experiences LLC offers three distinct levels of service:

• Xpress Bookings – Complimentary (Domestic Hotel-Only bookings are always no fee)

• Xclusive Planning – $25 Planning Fee

• Xclusive Group Planning – $75 Planning Fee

 

Affiliate Disclosure

X Curated Experiences LLC participates in select affiliate programs, including but not limited to Viator and approved travel insurance partners. This means we may earn a small commission if you choose to book or purchase through certain links on our website or within our materials. These commissions come at no additional cost to you and never influence the integrity of our recommendations. We only feature partners, suppliers, and products that align with our standards of quality, reliability, and service excellence. Your trust is important to us, and transparency remains a core part of how we do business.

 

 

Payments & Authorization Requirements

All travel planning services require payment in accordance with the supplier’s terms. Clients must complete a Payment Authorization Form and submit identification when required. Flexible payment plans may be available, with a $25 late fee applied after a 7-day grace period.

 

Planning and research fees are due prior to the delivery of your customized proposal. This payment confirms your request and allows the research and planning process to begin. Payments for booking reservations are due once your selections are finalized and confirmed with the supplier. The payment option you choose will determine your total amount due — either in full or under an approved payment plan — which will outline your deposit amount, payment schedule, and final balance due date.

 

• Full Payment – Clients may pay the full balance of their trip at the time of booking. Once payment is processed with the supplier, it is subject to that supplier’s cancellation and refund policies.
   

• Payment Plan (If Applicable) – A payment schedule will be provided and agreed upon before booking. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to submit all installment payments on or before their due dates. A 7-day grace period applies for any missed payment; after that, a $25 late fee will be added to your outstanding balance. Bookings will be automatically canceled by the supplier eight days after the final payment due date. X Curated Experiences LLC or its booking suppliers reserve the right to cancel reservations or suspend planning services for non-payment.

 

Group Bookings

Group travel (defined as 10 or more travelers on the same itinerary) is subject to the following additional terms:

• Minimum Group Size: 10 paying travelers

• Designated Group Leader required

• Payment Schedule provided at booking

• Final Headcount Deadline: As stated in your group quote

• Individual Accountability: Each traveler is responsible for completing their own payments

• Optional Add-ons: Group merchandise or excursions will be invoiced separately and fulfilled through a third-party vendor after design approval from the group leader.

 

Cancellations & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are governed by supplier terms and conditions. Any refund received from a supplier will be passed directly to the client. Non-refundable portions will be disclosed prior to payment. Refunds may take 30–90 days depending on the supplier. X Curated Experiences LLC is not responsible for supplier refund timelines.

All curation and planning fees are non-refundable. Refunds for booked travel services are subject to supplier policies. Any refunds received by X Curated Experiences LLC from suppliers will be passed directly to you. Refund timelines may vary between 5–30 days depending on the supplier. All non-refundable portions will be clearly disclosed prior to payment.

 

Changes & Rebookings

Change requests are subject to supplier availability and fees. Rebooking the same trip on new dates may qualify for a waived planning fee at X Curated Experiences’ discretion.

 

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents, verifying personal information, and complying with travel requirements. Valid identification, passports, visas, and compliance with destination regulations are required.

 

The X Promise

We promise to deliver service with transparency, professionalism, and care. While we cannot control third-party vendors, we advocate for our clients at every step to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

 

Referral Program

Clients can earn up to $50 off a future vacation per new client referral — $25 when the referred client begins booking and an additional $25 upon completion. A new client referral is defined as someone with no previous bookings with X Curated Experiences LLC and not a friend or relative of XCE associates. Referral rewards are not applicable for trips in which the referring client is also a traveler or organizer.

 

Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

X Curated Experiences LLC is not responsible for acts of God, weather disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or supplier failure. We act solely as an intermediary and are not liable for supplier errors or omissions. Liability is limited to the extent of services rendered directly by X Curated Experiences.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts or through arbitration if agreed in writing.
